Browse the collection and pick a suite that best represents your style sets the tone for your wedding day. You are invited to order a sample of a suite in order to help make a final decision.
Please take into account that the whole design and production process takes 4-6 weeks depending on the printing option. Don't forget to order extra suites as keepsakes and a few extra for lost or damaged items.
Once your order is received on our end, we will send you an email confirming the order and asking for details. Please send a reply as soon as possible with the text and color preferences. Your order will be on hold until this information is received.
When the items are printed and quality checked, we will send them to you unassembled. Please inquire for assembly or addressing when ordering if desired. We love timeless paper goods and hope you will too when they arrive at your door!
You will receive a digital prof of your order when all the detail information is received from you. At this point you can approve the design or request a revision. One round of revisions is included in the price. Additional revisions can be requested at a fee.
By approving the digital proof you are taking the responsibility for the text and layout of the design. Once the proof is approved your order goes directly into print and changes cannot be made. Any reprint requests will be subject to additional fees. Any mistakes made on our part will be taken care of on our end.
Due to the custom nature of the product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds of any kind. Communication is key to the final outcome of the product.
